The Atlanta Hub Days experience features the Building Business Leaders Faculty Summit, the Ralph Grant Institute, student and professional sessions, CPE-eligible programming, networking, and career exploration.
Architecting Ascent: Uniting Faculty, Business Leaders & Scholars
A national convening designed for educators, academic leaders, professionals, and corporate partners committed to developing future leaders. Rooted in NABA’s Education Community Model and grounded in PSSB™ (Perceptions of School/Social Bonding), the original research instrument developed and copyrighted by Dr. Carolyn Gentle-Genitty, this experience brings four pillars to life: Attachment, Commitment, Involvement, and Belief. These pillars are expressed through NABA’s Ubuntu-centered vison of community: “I am because we are.” NABA is proud to collaborate with Dr. Gentle-Genitty in adapting this framework for its education community.Academic leaders will leave with:
- A campus implementation roadmap
- Curriculum and engagement resources
- A national faculty network
- Access to NABA’s ecosystem
- Strategies to improve retention, persistence, belonging, and career readiness
- Tools to integrate employers into classroom and co-curricular experiences
