Since its inception, NABA, Inc. (“NABA”) has provided scholarship funds to deserving students preparing to enter various accounting, finance, and business professions.

At the heart of our mission is the commitment to create a more just world where everyone can succeed and thrive. The NABA Foundation channels its efforts into four pivotal areas: education, earnings, entrepreneurship, and enterprise. We believe that fostering economic and educational opportunities is paramount for individual and community well-being.

Through the generous contributions of individuals, groups, and organizations that share NABA’s desire to build a strong talent pipeline and support NABA’s mission to create a pathway for future business leaders, NABA offers an average of 150 scholarships annually ranging from $1,000 – $10,000.

Eligibility:  

  • Be an active NABA student member, as defined under [NABA Bylaws, Section 2.2 (b)]1

  • Be currently enrolled full time at an accredited 2-year college or 4-year college/university based in the United States

  • Have valid/can present valid enrollment in an accredited 2-year college or 4-year college/university based in the United States for the 2024-2025 academic school year

  • Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident2

  • Display overall academic excellence

  • NABA Foundation scholarships are open to applicants of all races who meet the eligibility criteria. The selection criteria are based on merit. All individuals who support NABA’s mission are welcome to apply. 

Requirements: 

  • Complete an online application
  • Current academic transcript
  • One short response essay (250-300 words)

1 2.2(b) Non-Voting Members. The following persons shall be eligible for non-voting membership in the Association: (i) Any person who is currently enrolled in a college or university pursuing a certification or an undergraduate or graduate degree with a major or minor in accounting, finance, technology, or business-related degrees; or (ii) Any high school student with a demonstrated interest in accounting, finance, technology, or other business-related degrees.
